Terms of Use
Contracting party: SeriesHouse is supplied by Jensen Toms, a sole trader trading as AnvilAI, ABN 38 014 145 722, Queensland, Australia. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
Using SeriesHouse
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in session, and use the service only for lawful production work. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of suspected compromise.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload and the rights you may have in generated outputs. You give SeriesHouse and its service providers a limited licence to host, copy, transform, moderate, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service. You must own the content or have all permissions needed to use faces, voices, brands, music, scripts, and other material you submit.
AI output and creative review
Generation is probabilistic. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output, unsuitable for release, or subject to third-party rights. You must review factual claims, safety, permissions, continuity, and legal suitability before publishing. SeriesHouse approval controls help your workflow but are not legal clearance.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Content Policy. Do not bypass access controls or limits, probe other accounts, automate abusive traffic, upload malware, impersonate people deceptively, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful, exploitative, or seriously harmful content. We may refuse a request, quarantine an upload, limit access, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary for safety, security, billing, or law.
Credits, prices, and payments
Prices and currency are shown before Stripe Checkout. Credits are a limited, non-transferable service entitlement, have no cash value, and are not a bank account. A render reserves the displayed Credits when queued. Confirmed provider or queue failures return that reservation automatically. Cancelling before provider submission returns reserved Credits; a provider-accepted job cannot be represented as cancelled if external spend has begun.
Refunds for Credit-pack purchases, duplicate charges, failed supply, disputes, or billing errors are handled consistently with these terms and applicable law. Contact billing support. Refunds or disputes may proportionally reverse unused purchased Credits. Nothing limits a statutory refund or remedy.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every provider will accept every request. We may change providers, models, limits, prices for future purchases, or features. We will not silently replace approved project material merely to make a provider request succeed.
Suspension and termination
You may export and delete your account from My Data. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or unpaid/uncertain payment state. We will act proportionately where practical. Terms that by nature must survive—including payment, rights, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and retained pseudonymized records—continue after termination.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeriesHouse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or publication decisions made without required review. Where a guarantee cannot be excluded, remedies are limited only to the extent the law permits. You remain responsible for backups and final release decisions.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia, subject to mandatory consumer and local-law rights. Questions or notices: info@anvilai.com.au.
