Content Policy
SeriesHouse supports fictional, educational, commercial, and entertainment production. Creative maturity does not remove the obligation to protect people, rights, and the public.
Not allowed
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or sexualization of anyone presented as under 18.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or credible threats.
- Deceptive impersonation, fraud, extortion, or harmful deepfakes presented as authentic.
- Instructions or content primarily intended to enable serious violence, illegal weapons, malware, or other serious wrongdoing.
- Targeted hateful abuse, doxxing, or publication of private personal information without lawful basis.
- Content that infringes copyright, publicity, privacy, trademark, or other rights.
- Uploading a face, voice, pet, location, script, or other asset you do not own or have permission to use.
Moderation and enforcement
Requests or uploads may be checked before provider submission. SeriesHouse may refuse, quarantine, or remove content and may restrict an account when there is substantiated abuse or a legal requirement. Automated flags alone do not permanently disable an account; enforcement requires a separate decision and audit trail.
Report content or infringement
Email info@anvilai.com.au with the project or public URL, job or asset identifier if known, the reason for the report, and evidence that helps us assess it. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or illegal media by email. For copyright complaints, identify the protected work, the material complained of, your authority, and reliable contact details.
We acknowledge reports promptly and may preserve relevant records, limit access, seek more information, notify the affected account where appropriate, and remove or restore content based on the evidence and applicable law.
Appeals
If your content or account was restricted, reply to the support notice or email the address above with the error or job ID and why you believe the decision was mistaken.
