Privacy Policy
Operator: SeriesHouse is operated in Queensland, Australia by Jensen Toms, a sole trader trading as AnvilAI, ABN 38 014 145 722. Privacy requests: info@anvilai.com.au.
What we collect
- Account details supplied through our sign-in provider, including email address and account identifier.
- Projects, scripts, prompts, uploaded reference media, generated media, approvals, and production settings you save.
- Usage, security, moderation, queue, error, and Credit-ledger events needed to operate and protect the service.
- Purchase identifiers, pack, currency, amount, refund, and dispute state from Stripe. SeriesHouse does not receive full card numbers.
- Contact-form details you submit. We no longer retain browser user-agent or country with a lead.
- Technical request information processed by Cloudflare for delivery, abuse prevention, and security.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, save and export your work, process requested generation, provide billing and refunds, prevent duplicate charges and abuse, moderate unsafe uploads or prompts, support you, diagnose failures, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and generated content
We use service providers including Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, and the generation provider selected by SeriesHouse for requested image, video, or text work. A prompt and necessary reference media may be sent to that provider only to perform the requested operation. Providers may process data outside Australia under their own security and privacy terms.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Projects and owned media remain until you delete the series or account. Failed object deletion is kept in a private retry queue until cleanup succeeds. Contact-form leads expire after 180 days. When an account is deleted, SeriesHouse removes creative content and direct identity data; transaction and audit records may be retained in pseudonymized form for the period required by tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and other applicable laws.
In Studio, open My Data to download a JSON backup or permanently delete your SeriesHouse account. Deletion blocks while paid provider work is active so financial state cannot be corrupted. The Studio also asks the sign-in provider to delete its profile; contact support if that external step does not complete.
Cookies and local storage
Authentication may use strictly necessary cookies. Studio uses browser storage for workflow state, recovery, and preferences. Deleting the account clears SeriesHouse browser storage in that Studio session.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion, object to certain processing, or make a privacy complaint by emailing the address above. We will verify the requester before disclosing or changing account data. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if a complaint is not resolved.
Security and children
SeriesHouse uses access controls, private object storage, signed downloads, rate limits, and encrypted transport. No online service can promise absolute security. Do not upload secrets or media you do not have permission to use. The self-serve service is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
Changes
Material changes will be dated here. If a change materially affects existing account data, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or account contact.
